Today is a gift and this gift is for you!
Let your heart be glad and your joy renew!
Be happy and smile, let your voice lift in praise
Declaring today God's love and His grace!

The breath that you have, your mouth which can talk,
Your eyes which can see, your feet which can walk,
Your hands which in worship, to the Lord, you can lift,
Each of them is essential, is God's special gift!

Your health is a blessing, be grateful for it!
God is by your side and He loves you indeed.
Let your soul rejoice and delight in the Lord
Because He's always your strength and support!

The way He created your entire being,
The liberty to choose, to feel and to think,
Your abilities, your talents, all you have and you do
Are the gifts and the blessings that God gave to you.

And you have some gifts more special than others:
Are your dear sisters and your dear brothers -
- Is the Church, from here and from anywhere,
And so many friends you have everywhere!

But there is a gift that's greater than all:
By His grace and your faith, God rescued your soul!
The most precious blessing that you have ever got
Is God Holy Spirit Who dwells in your heart!!

Unfailing resources, God's power and love,
His favor, His wisdom, and so on and so far...
But more than all these, a GIFT and a BLESSING YOU are!!
